Sengey Learn — Tibetan Learning App for Kids

👨👩👧 This app is designed for children ages 4 and up. By using Sengey Learn , parents or guardians agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of their child.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Sengey Learn ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian allowing your child to use the App, you agree to these terms on their behalf.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. About the App
Sengey Learn is a Tibetan vocabulary learning game published by techthinley. The App is designed to help children ages 4 and older learn Tibetan words through interactive gameplay including slicing fruits, tapping balloons, and matching vocabulary across 11 different worlds.
3. Age Requirements
The App is rated 4+ on the Apple App Store and is designed for young children. We recommend:
- Children ages 4 and older may use the App independently
- Children under 4 should use the App with parental supervision
- All in-app purchases require parental authorization
4. License to Use
techthinley grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the App for commercial purposes
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
5. Subscriptions & Purchases
The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Monthly: $3.99 per month
- Yearly: $29.99 per year
Subscriptions unlock all 11 worlds, all 165 levels, and remove all advertisements.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
6. Content
Sengge Slice provides:
- Tibetan vocabulary learning across 11 categories
- Interactive gameplay with educational content
- Audio pronunciations in Tibetan
- Progress tracking across 165 levels
All content is educational, age-appropriate, and designed to support Tibetan language learning for young children.
7. Advertisements
The free version of the App displays child-directed, non-personalized advertisements provided by Google AdMob. All ads comply with COPPA and are rated G. Premium subscribers do not see advertisements.
8. Parental Responsibility
Parents and guardians are responsible for:
- Supervising their child's use of the App
- Authorizing and monitoring any in-app purchases
- Setting up Screen Time or parental controls as appropriate
- Ensuring the App is appropriate for their child's age and maturity
9. Intellectual Property
All content in Sengge Slice, including but not limited to graphics, audio, Tibetan text, game mechanics, and the Sengge character, is owned by techthinley and protected by copyright law. The Tibetan cultural content is used respectfully to promote Tibetan language and culture.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Educational outcomes may vary.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, techthinley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or App Store update notes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or applicable legal processes.
