🔒 Sengey Learn is designed for children ages 4 and up. We are committed to protecting children's privacy. We do not collect any personal information from children.
1. About This App
Sengey Learn ("the App") is a Tibetan vocabulary learning game for young children. The App is published by techthinley and is intended for children ages 4 and older, with parental guidance recommended for younger children.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or share any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, or any personal identifiers
- Location data or GPS information
- Photos, camera, or microphone data
- Contacts or address book information
- Device identifiers for advertising purposes
- Behavioral tracking data
- Any data that could identify a child
3. Advertising
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. All advertisements are configured with the following child-safety settings:
- Child-directed treatment enabled — ads comply with COPPA
- Non-personalized ads only — no behavioral tracking
- G-rated content only — age-appropriate ads
- No interest-based advertising
- No data profiling of children

Premium subscribers who purchase a subscription will see no advertisements in the App.
4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The App offers optional subscriptions to unlock all content and remove ads:
- Monthly subscription: $3.99/month
- Yearly subscription: $29.99/year
- 7-day free trial available
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat does not collect personal information from children. Purchase history is managed by Apple and is not accessible to us.
Parental consent is required for all purchases. We recommend that parents enable Screen Time restrictions to prevent unauthorized purchases.
5. Game Progress Data
The App stores game progress (stars earned, levels completed) locally on your device using your device's storage. This data:
- Is stored only on the device
- Is never transmitted to our servers
- Is never shared with third parties
- Can be deleted by uninstalling the App
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob — child-directed, non-personalized advertising
- RevenueCat — subscription management (no personal data from children)
We do not use analytics, crash reporting, social media SDKs, or any other third-party services that collect personal data.
7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws worldwide:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
- We do not require account creation or registration
- We do not allow children to share personal information in the App
- We do not include social features, chat, or messaging
- All advertising is non-personalized and child-directed
8. Parental Rights
As a parent or guardian, you have the right to:
- Review any information the App may have stored on your device
- Request deletion of any data (delete the App to remove all local data)
- Opt out of advertising by subscribing to the premium plan
- Contact us with any privacy concerns
9. Data Security
Since we do not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data at risk. All game progress is stored locally on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security.
