The App is developed and maintained by Tenzin Thinley ("we", "us", or "our").
2. Who Can Use This App
This App is designed for children aged 4 and above, used under parental supervision. By using this App you confirm that:
- You are a parent or guardian, or
- You are a child using the App with your parent or guardian's permission
- You agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child
3. Free and Premium Features
Free Features (always available):
- First 10 Tibetan letters (Groups 1 and 2)
- Balloon game with free letters
- Basic quiz with free letters
- Basic progress tracking
Premium Features (subscription required):
- All 30 Tibetan letters
- Unlimited balloon game and quiz
- Full progress tracking
- New content added regularly
- Native Tibetan audio recordings
Subscription Pricing:
Monthly: $4.99/month
Yearly: $24.99/year (save 58%)
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this App only for its intended educational purpose. You must not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
5. Intellectual Property
All content in this App — including the Tibetan letter illustrations, audio recordings, the Yak character, app design, and educational content — is owned by or licensed to Tenzin Thinley.
The Tibetan script itself is part of the public cultural heritage of Tibet. Our specific presentation, audio recordings, and educational materials are our original work.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
6. Audio Content
The Tibetan letter audio recordings in this App are original recordings made by native Tibetan speakers. These recordings are protected by copyright and may not be extracted, copied, or used outside of the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- All content will always be available
- The App will be compatible with all devices
We will always work to fix issues promptly and keep the App running smoothly.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the past 12 months.
9. Updates and Changes
We may update the App and add new content at any time. Premium subscribers receive all new content at no additional cost.
We may change these Terms from time to time. We will notify users by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Subscriptions must be cancelled through your Apple ID settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
12. Apple App Store Terms
This App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
