By downloading, installing, or using lotsawaAi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and lotsawaAi ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
lotsawaAi is an AI-powered productivity and translation application that provides:
- Unlimited AI-assisted translation between multiple languages
- Ad-free user experience
- Additional AI productivity tools and features
3. Subscription Terms
3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscription
lotsawaAi offers an auto-renewable subscription that provides access to premium features including unlimited translation and an ad-free experience. Subscription details are as follows:
- Title: lotsawaAi Premium
- Subscription length: Monthly (as selected at time of purchase)
- Price: As displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
3.2 Auto-Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.
3.3 Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Not use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of lotsawaAi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOTSAWAAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LOTSAWAAI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Translation Accuracy
While lotsawaAi strives to provide accurate translations, AI-generated translations may not always be perfect. You acknowledge that translations are provided for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or other professional advice requiring precise accuracy.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, providing notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
