Sho Para Terms of Use
Effective date: October 23, 2026
These terms apply when you download or use Sho Para, a Tibetan dice game made by Tenzin Thinley ("I", "me"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the app
I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Sho Para on your own devices, for non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, its artwork, sounds or code, or use them to build another product.
Game and fair play
Sho Para is for entertainment only. It does not involve real money, prizes or gambling. Dice results are random and generated on your device. Game results, scores and statistics have no value outside the app.
Ads
The app is free and supported by ads. Rewarded ads, such as the hint, are optional: you choose whether to watch. Ads are provided by third parties, and I am not responsible for their content. See the Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.
Content and cultural material
The app's artwork, characters, text, sounds and recordings belong to me or are used with permission. Traditional sayings and cultural names remain part of Tibetan heritage; I present them with respect. If you believe something in the app is wrong or should be credited, please write to me.
Your device and notifications
You are responsible for your device and its settings. Reminders are optional and can be turned off in the app or in your phone's settings.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. I may update, change or remove features at any time.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
Ending use
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. I may stop offering the app or end your licence if these terms are broken.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the courts of Karnataka, India, unless local law gives you other rights.
