By downloading or using Block Peak (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. License
I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your own devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. What you may not do
You may not copy, modify, sell, rent or distribute the app; reverse-engineer or extract its code, artwork or sounds (except where the law allows); or use the app in any way that is unlawful or harms others.
3. Ads and rewards
The app is free and supported by advertising. Rewarded ads are optional, and a reward (such as new pieces or a revive) is given only after you have watched the ad. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
4. Your progress
Scores, levels and settings are stored on your device. If you delete the app or reset your device, they may be lost, and I cannot restore them.
5. Ownership
The app, its design, artwork, sounds and code belong to Tenzin Thinley, except for third-party components that belong to their owners. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee that the app will always work without interruption or errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes
I may update the app or these terms at any time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, unless your local law requires otherwise.
