Privacy Policy for Tibetan Sudoku

This policy explains what information Tibetan Sudoku ("the app", "we") handles when you use it. The app is developed by techthinley ("we", "us").
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
Your game progress, settings and statistics (for example your theme, sound options and completed puzzles) are stored only on your device. We do not receive them.
2. Advertising
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve, measure and secure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and use information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. We do not control this data and do not receive it.
- Consent: where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and some US states), the app shows a consent form before ads are requested. You can review or change your choice at any time from Settings > Privacy choices where that option is shown.
- iOS tracking: on iPhone and iPad you may be asked for permission to track. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the app still shows ads, but they will not be personalized using your advertising identifier.

3. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app schedules occasional reminders on your device to invite you back to play. These reminders are created locally. No personal information is sent to us to deliver them. You can turn them off in the app's Settings or in your device's system settings.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share information with anyone except through the advertising service described above.
5. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Data retention and deletion
Because your game data stays on your device, you can remove it at any time by deleting the app. Data held by advertising partners is governed by their own policies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, such as access, correction or deletion. Since we do not collect personal data ourselves, most requests should be directed to Google through the links above. You can also contact us with any question.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at the link in the app's store listing, and the effective date above will change when we do.
